About the Role
As Client Care Manager, you will report to an Area Manager/Operations Manager overseeing the day-to-day management of care services. This role demands strategic vision, leadership, and operational expertise to ensure exceptional care for clients while driving business & service growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and mentor a team ensuring exceptional service delivery
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
· Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements
· Oversee care assessments, reviews, and recruitment
· Drive performance and work to deadlines
· Monitor service quality, address issues, and implement solutions proactively
· Manage and ensure adequate staffing for all local operations
· Prepare and present reports to senior management
This role is field and Office based and requires 40-60% travel
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in services, healthcare, social care, or nursing
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
· Commercial acumen with experience in operational and people management
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Ability to work independently, take accountability, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· IT & Digital proficiency
